Archon Systems Inc. is a privately owned and operated Small Business Software company, headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
Founded and incorporated in 2005, Archon Systems Inc. was ranked the 49th fastest growing company in Canada in 2012 by PROFIT magazine (a Rogers Communications publication).
The two founders first met while doing internships in Silicon Valley in 2003. After doing consultancy work in the logistics and supply chain industry, they realized the need for a pre-built inventory software solution for small business that was affordable and not complicated.

Archon Systems Inc. is the creator of inFlow Inventory, an inventory management software for small business. The software allows small business to track and control stock, integrate barcode scanners, track costs, take orders and generate custom reports.
As of November 2012, inFlow Inventory has received over 220 000 downloads from CNET's download.com and is regarded as one of the most downloaded inventory software solutions in the world.
inFlow Inventory is also featured in "Retail Services" a McGraw Hill textbook as the leading example of an inventory software solution.
Revenue Model
Archon System Inc makes revenue based off the sale of the Regular ($399) and Premium ($799) edition of inFlow Inventory while also offering a free version of the software. This is known as the freemium business model. The licensing of Regular and Premium editions is a one-time cost and is per-computer.
Major Competitors
The biggest inventory software competitor is fishbowl inventory which features deep integration with quickbooks.
